Data Integrity (Project)

This page helps a user to do data integrity check to find out of date information in the database, and allows a user to correct any data problem in the current project.

If you meet data problem or unexpected exceptions, do data integrity once and check, it includes:

The issue types (e.g. Test Case, Defect, Test Plan …) cannot be recognized as TestRay issue types.
Linkage cannot be established anymore:
1. In Requirement issue: Parent/Child linkage cannot be established; test case linkage cannot be established.
2. In Test case issue: Requirement linkage cannot be established, test suite linkage cannot be established.
3. In Test suite: Test case linkage cannot be established.
4. In ‘Requirements’ page: Test case linkage cannot be established.
5. In Requirement suite: Requirement linkage cannot be established.
Whenever you see TestRay data missing (linkage, issues are not visible in page).
